Returnable packaging is usually a cost efficient alternative if the flow of goods is reasonably large and the points of distribution are quite few. As per rule packaging should complete atleast four cycles per year to be profitable , compared to expendable packaging.
Use of packaging to handle Aesthetic Components between the Vendors and OEM is a very important part of Logistics today. Transit damages due to packaging are a vital factor which adds to the ultimate cost of the component. Disposal of single use packaging at the OEM end also adds to operational costs.
PP fluted board is made of melted blended Polypropylene copolymer and extruded in monoblock. There are upper wall and lower wall, and partition in between. It features light-weight, durability, and high-impact, anti-frost and reusable etc. mainly for the usage of buffer, packing, transportation, display/advertisement, Agriculture, Stationery, Separator and construction etc.
